For me it indicates that you definetely need more storage. If you removed all logs (for example IIS logs), unneeded folders, and you have 100MB free it is not good practice.
IF you have a pagefile decrease it size?
Check how much space is used by VSS, decrease it
Ask users to clear their mailboxes?
Do you have any old, unneeded mailboxes, if yes you can remove them?
Do you have exchange backup properly configured? With kind regards

A couple of places that you can empty:-
C:\Windows\temp.
C:\Windows\minidump - this may not exist
C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download - this folder contains previosuly downloaded hotfixes and can safely be emptied.
Assuming user Administrator is the only user to log on to that server you can also empty:
C:\Documents and Settings\administrator\Local Settings\Temp
repeat for any other user profiles.
You say you have uninstalled various programs. These may have gone from the Installed Programs list in Control Panel but it is worth checking in C:\Program Files & C:Program Files\Common Files to see if all traces of redundant programs have been removed.
There are other folders around that can be emptied but you need to know what you are doing before you try them.

Seems to me that you have a backup issue since log files should be automatically truncated and deleted on a successful backup
Either use or Windows backup to do a successful backup or you can manually delete the oldest logs files even if this aint the recommended way to do it.. In emergency cases, i've manually deleted logfiles, it aint really an issue for normal operatiosn..
It becomes more of an issue if you have a crash and need to restore up to date information or if you are running some Exchange in replication mode.

Thanks Lafontma and Reed..
So far I cleard some log files from MDBDATA folder manually as you says not recommended. I am using Symantec Exec 11d and I dont know why it is not cleared automatic. I am getting successful backup daily. Microsoft Information Store selection
was not selcted. Is this the reason for dumping up log files? Any way selection includes all C drive backup with MDBDATA folder.

Not an expert on Symantec but i suspect that if Information Store is not selected, your databases are not being backed.

Your backups are definitely not completing and that could be because of misconfiguration, i.e. databases no selected, or you don't have the Exchange Agent that allows for online backup, OR you have corruption in the database or some other issue that is
not allowing for log truncation. Would suggest that you first confirm you have and are properly configuring your backup jobs to use the Exchange Agent in BE
If # 2 is good then look at your event logs around the time your backup is set to run and see what comes up
Since you already cleared up some space by manually deleting logs (Really not a good idea) to clear them properly you can turn on circular logging temporarily
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314605 in order to keep your logs in check and examine your backup system. NOTE: You do not want to operate in circular logging for a long period of time since
it limits your recoverability AND before testing your backup solution you will want to turn circular logging off.
